After having worked for the past almost 50 years in various professions, from film making, to television production, to systems administration, to computer training and technical writing, it is rewarding to embrace my life now as a senior citizen.

For the past several years blogging has been both a passion and avocation. I invite you to explore my efforts at my blogs, by clicking on the various images below.

Blogging offers both stiff challenges and substantial rewards: technical hurdles, masquerading as opportunities; and, creativity.  What is joy for me is my continuing growth in the “techie” universe we inhabit. I don’t find technology off-putting, rather I find it prodding towards learning and the acquisition of new skills.

PORTFOLIO

I have several interests, and that accounts for my various blogs.

Recently I am also engaged in the exploration and therapeutic  uses of Essential Oils. It is instructive about the pursuit of knowledge that I am only now as a senior citizen being exposed to the options, which essential oils provide in the promotion of beauty, enhanced feelings, and all-around well-being.
Aromatherapy fascinates me.

There is a fair amount written lately about essential oils.  However, being a member of NAHA (National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy) provides me the opportunity through a certified professional organization to explore the safe and therapeutic use of these substances.

The School for Aromatic Studies has classes on essential oils and is an approved school by NAHA, where I completed  Level One Certification: Foundations of Aromatherapy and Level One Aromatherapy Teacher Training.

I am a  NAHA Certified Level 1 Aromatherapist.

I am also a Certified Level 1 Aromatherapy Teacher.

The essential oil information presented here is not to suggest that essential oils  are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent any  medical condition, or disease.
